Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we store your name, email address, phone number (if given), your message and, where applicable, the product you asked about. We need this to answer your inquiry. You receive an automatic confirmation by email. The data is kept while the inquiry is open and deleted no later than two years afterwards.
Hosting
The website runs on Firebase App Hosting by Google (Google Ireland Limited). When you visit, technical data such as IP address, browser and time are processed in server logs to operate the site securely. Google may also process data in the USA; Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
Technically necessary cookies are always set: one for your language choice, one for the appearance (light or dark) and one that stores your cookie decision. They contain no personal data and expire after one year at the latest.
Statistics (Firebase Analytics)
With your consent we use Firebase Analytics by Google (Google Ireland Limited) to measure pseudonymously which pages are opened and how visitors reach the site. A random identifier, device type, browser and language are processed; the identifier sits in a cookie and recognises your browser, not you as a person, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. It also records page loading measurements, clicks on phone, e-mail or map links (only the kind of link, never the number or address) and the successful submission of the enquiry form (without its content); of an address's parameters only campaign identifiers such as utm_source are kept. We only ever see statistics, never individual people, and we do not pass the data on. Google may also process data in the USA; Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Without your consent Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your mind at any time via in the page footer. We set no advertising cookies.
